This week, we are joined by the FL crew (Dr. Kryskow, SarahAnn, Dr. White, & Dr. Hanson). Our special guest this week is Dr. Mauricio Velasquez, one of our CWIS surgeons from Cali, Columbia. He was invited to discuss his newest published article in The European Journal of Trauma & Emergency Surgery: Surgical stabilization of posterior rib fractures involving the costotransverse joint. Dr. Velasquez brings a fresh perspective and many tips and tricks to this discussion. We may very well be looking at a new landmark paper in the fixation of chest wall trauma! Finally, there are many exciting things, including news & deadlines for the upcoming yearly Summit and International meeting!
As a last note, we have completed releasing all the interviews from last year's Summit, so if you want to appear in this upcoming year's release, be sure to find a podcast person to give your thoughts and opinion in April in Atlanta!
