CWIS Celebrates Mom and Chest Tubes!

Finding The Right Rib Patient w/ Dr. Mathieu Hylands

This week, FractureLine met with Dr. Mathieu Hylands (Université de Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada)! Dr. Hylands describes himself as a "newly minted" Trauma/Surgical Critical Care physician who encountered many questions as he was learning about rib fixation. This curiosity and investigation have led to the paper recently published in the Journal of Trauma. There is an abundance of questions asked and lots to think about with all the brainpower and critical thinking that fills this episode!

This week, the FractureLine Friends met with Dr. Husayn Ladhani (CU Department of Surgery, Denver Health)! Dr. Ladhani is a recent graduate/survivor of his fellowship with Dr. Pieracci, who will be taking his skills to Loma Linda for his academic career. Dr. Ladhani is also the presentation winner of CWISummit 2022 and discusses his winning research, which has recently been officially published. He is a very modest physician and a rising star for CWIS!
